The project falls under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, with a projected timescale for implementation of two years and a contract price of € 8,750,709 including VAT.

The “DORY” project is a typical integrated satellite services project (“turnkey” implementation) covering the procurement, installation and operation of the necessary equipment and the provision of telephony, Internet interconnection and data network interconnection for the 13 Agencies and Ministries of the Public Sector. The most important components of the IP Satellite network are the Hub Earth Station, the Remote Terminals and the Agencies’ Access Network. The Hub will be established in the area “Krevatia” of Mt. A second independent satellite network shall cover the needs of the Civil Aviation Service.
